Regine Paricia Zamor was born to Haitian parents that immigrated to the United States in the 1970’s. Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in both Westchester and Brooklyn, Regine has a diverse background that includes the suburbs, the city, Haiti and its West Indian culture.

This diverse background has set the stage for Regine’s interests in Africa, human rights, and achieving stories from across the world. As the youngest of five, Regine spent most of her time escaping through her imagination and through creative writing. An avid reader, Zamor can still remember being 5, and writing poems, plays and stories as gifts to her mother.

Writing became a coping mechanism for Regine, and through hard work has eventually come full circle, leading to several opportunities within various industries.

As a Freelance writer, Regine has contributed to TRACE, iStyle, New York Spirit, Unchin, Music+ TV, Beautyaddict.com, and regularly contributes to Edge New York, and Upscale magazine. From the world of advertising, Regine has worked her way towards an established writing career and has served as a staff writer for ADOTAS, an interactive marketing publication.

With goals of becoming an author, for which two books are already completed, Regine continues to pave her way through the world of copy writing, advertising, creative writing and most importantly, bringing articles that are informative, concise, clear, and new to an ever-changing industry.
